Q Thousand-page Tofu

Thousand-page tofu is sliced and fried in a frying pan until it becomes inflated.

Pour out the fried thousand-page tofu and set aside.

Slice the meat and put it in a frying pan.

Add the bean paste and stir fry for a while.

Add the spare thousand-page tofu, stir-fry for a while, add some broth or water, because there is salt in the bean paste, I usually don't add any more salt. Simmer for five to ten minutes.

Add chopped green onion and chicken essence to the pot.
Tips:
1. There is a lot of salt in bean paste, so do not add salt.
2. I personally think this thousand-page tofu is the best. Q and fresh.
