Qianlong Cabbage

A spoonful of tahini. Add three tablespoons of aged vinegar and stir evenly. Be sure to follow this ratio.

Add MSG, salt, sugar, and honey at any ratio.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

Wash the cabbage with light brine. Tear into small pieces with your hands to control the moisture.

Tips:
This dish is the preparation of tahini. The ratio must be 1:3 with vinegar.
