Qiao Xiaoxiao Food Sharing-crispy Roast Chicken

Prepare the ingredients and start cooking. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Wash potatoes, carrots, onions and apples and cut into small pieces for later use; mince garlic, rosemary and thyme for later use.

Add olive oil, salt and pepper to potatoes, carrots, onions, and diced apples for marinating.

Combine the chopped herbs, sweet pepper powder, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl to make a marinade.

Brush the inside and outside of the chicken with the marinade, and fill the belly with marinated vegetables.

Put the chicken in the roasting pan, and place the remaining vegetables around the chicken. Put it in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes.

Take out the tin foil and continue baking at 160 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Tips:
You can add more pepper to roast it to taste better.
