Qingming Cakes for The Qingming Season

Soak the glutinous rice in cold water for 24 hours and drain the water. (The purpose is to swell glutinous rice).

Wash the Qingming dishes and set aside.

Pour the soaked glutinous rice into the "Zhengzi", put the Qingming dishes on top of the glutinous rice, and steam them together for more than 3 hours.

Take out after steaming.

Pour the glutinous rice and Qingming dishes into the "Bacao" and beat them with a Bahammer into rice cakes.
6.
After beating into rice cakes, knead it into a moderately sized oblate.
7.
Knead it into the picture, the Qingming Ba is ready, and leave it overnight to set the shape.
8.
Increase the oil in the pan, add the Qingming Ba, and fry until golden on both sides.
9.
After frying, take it out, and the Qingmingba with a special taste is ready.
Tips:
1. If you don’t know Qingming dishes, please don’t pick them! It is recommended to go to the vegetable market to buy.
2. The tools used in the whole process are special props in rural areas. When steaming, you can use a steamer instead, and rice cakes can also be beaten with a special machine.
