Quail Lotus Root Soup

Remove the head, feet, and tail of the quail, wash it, and cut it into pieces.

Peel the lotus root and cut into pieces with a hob.

Slice ginger, remove the root of green onion, and wash for later use.

The lotus seeds are soaked and sent to the green heart for later use

Put the quail in a pot of cold water, boil for 2 minutes, remove the water to rinse off the dirt.

Put the quail, lotus root, and lotus seeds into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water.

Add the green onion, ginger and cooking wine to a boil over high heat, then boil for 20 minutes.
