Quail Stew Pot

Ingredients: quail, codonopsis, straw mushroom, ginger slice, wolfberry.

The quail is cleaned, and the cooking wine is added to the pot and the water is discharged.

Cut the boiled quail in half, put it in a stew pot, add sliced straw mushrooms, codonopsis, wolfberry, and ginger slices.
