Queen's Corn Muffins

Stir the cornmeal, egg and milk evenly, and the batter is slightly fluid;

Use kitchen paper towels to wipe thin oil on the Queen's frying pan. Use a small amount of oil. Heat the lid on medium heat.

Open the lid, turn to a low heat, and scoop three spoons of batter with a spoon, without the lid;

A small hole appears on the surface, turn it over, and the pot is golden on both sides;
5.
Fry six corn muffins and put them on a plate. The bottom of the pan is not sticky!
