Quiche Pizza

Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces, blanch the corn and broccoli with hot water

Add a little water and salt to the eggs and flour and mix well

Spread a layer of corn oil after the pan is preheated

Pour in the egg liquid

When the egg liquid is almost set, add tomatoes and corn kernels
6.
Then add broccoli floss, sprinkle shredded cheese at the end, cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
Tips:
The whole process is made with low fire (the floss can also be replaced with ham or your favorite ingredients)
