Quick and Simple, Home-made Wing Roots Made with Home-made Ingredients
1.
Put oil in a hot pan. After the oil is hot, put the diced potatoes in and fry until the edges are golden and add a little salt to taste.
2.
The fried potatoes look like this, and serve them out for later use.
3.
Add oil to the pan, add sliced ginger after the oil is hot, pour in the roots of the chicken wings, and stir-fry. This step is mainly to remove the water so that the meat is not fishy. Be sure to fry until the meat in the pan becomes smaller, as shown in the figure below.
4.
Pour soy sauce, salt, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, garlic cloves, stir well, then pour in water, a little higher than chicken, cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes (I usually buy soy sauce, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce are right. It’s the same for me, our house basically doesn’t have cold salad)
5.
Cook until like this
6.
When the water in the pan is almost dry, pour in the fried potato and green pepper cubes and collect the juice over high heat.
7.
The last step is to put in the garlic sprouts. Our family does not eat MSG, so we did not add MSG. If you like to eat, you can add MSG when you start the pot.
Tips:
Cooking at home is to do whatever you want and play at will, so cooking is a very happy thing!
