Quick Breakfast-cheese Toast Rolls

I use my own whole wheat nut bread, cut off the sides

Roll out hard with a rolling pin to compact the toast so that it will not crack when rolled

Put some cheese slices, some wheat germ, or some sweet potato or purple sweet potato.

Roll up the toast slowly and tightly

Coat the end of the mouth with egg liquid so that it will not fall apart

Roll it up and put it on the plate, these can be made one night in advance

When you wake up in the morning, brush a little butter on the toast roll and put it in an air fryer at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes. The outer skin is crispy and the cheese inside is a little melted!
Tips:
1. The toast must be rolled very tightly so that it is not easy to crack
2. Just roll it up as you like
