Quick-fried Cabbage

Break the large pieces of cabbage, wash and drain the water for later use.

Chop the garlic rice, cut the red pepper into pieces, and cut the garlic seedlings into sections for later use.

Turn on high heat, add lard in a hot pan, add garlic rice, garlic sprouts, and red pepper to fry until the cabbage is fragrant. After the cabbage is broken, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and a little salt to get out of the pan.

Tips:
1 Soaking cabbage in brine can dilute pesticide residues.
2Wash the cabbage and drain the water to avoid splashing oil when frying again.
