Quick Fried Noodles
1.
Prepare the ingredients (freely adjust according to personal appetite and preferences).
2.
Boil the noodles in water until half-cooked and remove.
3.
After removing it, drain it in cold water to prevent adhesion.
4.
Pour oil in the wok and stir-fry the noodles, low heat (this step is very important, so that the noodles will have a slightly fried taste).
5.
Stir evenly in the egg bowl, pour the oil into the pan and pour the eggs into the pot, and serve them out as soon as they solidify, otherwise the eggs will not taste good when they are old.
6.
Heat oil in the pot, put it in a large green onion pot (you can put small red pepper together if you like spicy), pour in the chives, bean sprouts, sausage, stir fry, pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce (seasoning) and a little dark soy sauce (color palette).
7.
Pour the noodles and egg and stir fry. You can add more salt if you don't feel idle.
8.
Finally, pour a little bit of vinegar to improve the flavor. Remember to put it in, but don't put too much.
9.
Breakfast and lunch are good choices...
