Quick-hand Dish of Lemon Saury

Clean the guts of the saury and make a few strokes on the surface;

Stir in the seasoning evenly and marinate for 30 minutes;
3.
Put tin foil on the baking tray, and put the saury in;
4.
Turn on the oven, adjust the upper and lower temperature to 200°C, and preheat for 5 minutes. After the preheating is complete, put the saury in the oven and continue to bake for 15 minutes. (Here I am using Joyoung Electric Oven 35I6. Come on my own temper)
