Quinoa Chicken Steamed

1 piece of chicken breast (500g) 50g tricolor quinoa, appropriate amount of green onion, ginger and garlic, appropriate amount of wolfberry

Wash the quinoa 3 times, then pour in water and soak for 2 hours.

Wash 1 whole piece of chicken breast and wipe off the surface water with kitchen paper. Roughly cut into 6-7 pieces. Mince ginger and garlic and set aside.

Put the chicken strips in a large bowl, pour in the seasonings, stir well, and marinate for 30 minutes to taste.

Drain the soaked quinoa, spread it evenly on a deep dish, and place the marinated chicken breast barcode on top of the quinoa, sprinkle with a few goji berries. Put it on a perforated steaming tray.

The Fangtai steamer is adjusted to normal steaming mode, 100℃, steaming for 20 minutes. Take out and decorate with chopped green onion, ready to eat. It can also be seasoned with soy sauce.
