"cabbage Grilled Chiba Tofu"

Prepare raw materials.

Cut cabbage and tofu into rhombuses, slice ham, slice green onions and garlic, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and a little water to adjust the juice for later use.

Heat 60% oil in the pot and add the chopped green onion and minced garlic.

Saute the shallots and garlic and put in the ham.

Put the yellowish ham into 1 spoon of light soy sauce.

Add cabbage and stir fry.

Tips:
You can add or reduce condiments according to your own taste, add chili, sugar, or minced garlic out of the pot;
The oily soy sauce has a strong fragrance. I learned this method from my grandmother.
