"eggs", Two-color Egg Rolls

Prepare ingredients: eggs, ham, chopped green onion.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place them in two bowls. Cut the ham sausage into pieces and put it in the egg white, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly. Pour the chopped green onion into the egg yolk liquid, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
