Radish and Beef Offal in Clear Soup

Wash the beef offal that you bought. It is best to soak it, change the water several times in between, and then boil the water again.

Add the beef offal into the electric pressure cooker, add ginger, pepper and star anise

Add water, add more soup if you like, and less if you don't like it.

When pressing the offal, peel the radish and cut it into pieces of your liking.

After pressing the beef offal, pour the radish, cut a chili pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Then add some chicken essence and salt to taste (you can add chili or not, but I prefer the spicy flavor)
Tips:
Radishes are easier to boil than beef offal, so it is best not to put them at the same time.
