Radish Cake
1.
Mix the flour with warm water to form a dough, let it wake up for half an hour, then knead the dough again, continue to wake up, press the dough with your fingers to rebound slowly, it’s ready to use
2.
Add a little salt to the radish to remove the water. Soak the vermicelli in cold water for 20 minutes in advance or boil it in boiling water for a minute, then cool and chop in cold water. Dice the ham, add a little salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce, pepper noodles, and cooking oil. Sprinkle a little sesame oil to increase the fragrance, adjust the filling and set aside
3.
Pull the dough into equal parts, roll out a long strip of dough, brush a little bit of oil to stretch it, and then put the filling on one end and roll it to the other end to wrap the filling
4.
Add a little oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, put the wrapped cake in the pan, and fry it on a low fire. After the two sides are formed, turn on the fire slightly (not too big) to make the two sides of the cake turn golden yellow before being out of the pan.
5.
Looks pretty good, right?
Tips:
When rolling the dough, brush some oil on the dough, the dough will be thinner
