Radish Cavity Bone Soup

Chop the cavity bone into small pieces (or buy the chopped cavity bone directly), rinse the cavity bone with clean water

Add water to the pressure cooker, and the amount of water should be about 3 cm to 5 cm more than the cavity bone (the amount of water can be flexibly increased or decreased according to the taste of the soup)

After boiling, remove the layer of scum floating on it

After removing the scum, add ginger slices and white radish. Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and press for 10 minutes

When the time is up, turn off the power and wait for no sound in the pressure cooker. Open the lid and add salt and goji berries, then close the lid and press for 2~3 minutes.
