Radish Peanut Black Fish Soup

When buying black fish, the stall owner will help you remove the scales, entrails, and chop the fish. You only need to clean the blood when you go home.

There is a layer of mucus on the skin of black fish, which can't be washed off. You can scald it with boiling water and then scrape it with a knife to clean it.

Peanuts need to be boiled softly to be delicious, so boil them in advance. Pour a small bowl of peanuts into the casserole and add enough water. My casserole is 4 liters and half a pot of water is added. Cover the lid and bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook until the softness and hardness you like.

Add the fish cubes and white radish, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After skimming the froth, boil it until the radish is translucent.

Season with salt and adjust the amount of salt according to your taste.

Tips:
1. Washing off blood stains will greatly reduce the fishy smell.
2. The mucus on the fish skin can be eaten, but it will be very fishy if it is not removed, and it will affect the taste. It is recommended to remove it.
3. Red peanuts are recommended for peanuts. I used peeled peanuts for taking pictures.
4. If black fish eats too much, it will have flatulence, while radish will break the gas. Adding radish and black fish complement each other.
