Go to bed with radish and get out of bed with ginger, but the doctor will prescribe a prescription! Radishes are rich in vitamin C and trace element zinc, which help strengthen the body's immunity and improve disease resistance.
In the evening, I have a bowl of radish vermicelli soup. It is delicious and refreshing, but the radish vermicelli soup with mutton sauce is another taste.

Ingredients

Radish Vermicelli Soup

1. Shred the radish, soak the vermicelli to soften and set aside. Coriander, green onion, ginger, garlic and green minced for use. Chop the mutton oil for later use.
The mutton oil is made by my aunt. Every time I come back, I will bring a lot of them, and put a little on the vegetable fried radish. A bit of mutton soup is very flavorful.

2. Pour oil in the pan. Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant with shredded radish.

3. Add the mutton oil cubes and continue to fry until the mutton oil melts.

4. Pour in boiling water and cook until shredded radish becomes soft. It takes about three minutes.

6. Add the chopped coriander in advance, add salt and pepper to taste.
