Rainbow Cake (8 Inches)

The amount of ingredients is the amount of 2 8-inch chiffon cakes, which can make 8 slices. Of course only 7 slices are used. If you are hungry, you can eat the extra slice. Prepare the ingredients and make a chiffon cake first. This basic cake will not be explained in detail. You can read the recipe of the chiffon cake I posted earlier.

Divide each portion of Chiffon Cake Batter into 4 portions, each about 128 grams. Due to the excessive stirring during the toning and the defoaming due to long standing time, baking powder was added.

I only bought 4 basic colors.

The colors are red, yellow, blue, and brown. They are mixed. But 7 slices of cake are enough, so I don’t need this one, I started playing.

After the oven is preheated, bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. After baking, it can be demoulded without being hot. Put oil paper under the baked cake slices, and separate the two cakes with oil paper. My house only has an oven and an 8-inch mold, which can only be supplied piece by piece, so baking powder is added.

Whipped cream is whipped with sugar, and the ratio of sugar is about one-tenth of that of whipped cream. Put a layer of whipped cream on a piece of cake and start mounting.

When you start to wipe the noodles, you can use a piping bag to squeeze the cream in circles. I think this method is easier to smooth. My cake may be a little bit uneven, and the red piece on it can’t hide it.
