Office workers are busy with work, sitting for a long time and lack of exercise lead to fat accumulation and out of shape. You don’t have much energy to cook but you have to maintain a balanced nutrition, low-fat and healthy, this rainbow salad is for you.

Rainbow Salad

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.

2. Break the broccoli into small flowers and rinse them off.

3. Wash the purple cabbage thoroughly and cut into silk.

4. Cut the bacon into sections.

5. Heat the pan without adding oil, and directly fry the bacon until golden on both sides. (Bacon will make oil by itself)

6. Boil in another pot of water, add broccoli and potatoes to the boil. The broccoli must be boiled first, and the potatoes will continue to be boiled until they are transparent and soft. .

7. Boil the eggs in water for 15 minutes, let them cool, and cut the shells into quarters.

8. All the ingredients are arranged in a rainbow shape and served with your favorite salad dressing.
