Rainbow Wonton Dumplings

Divide 600 grams of flour into 3 equal parts. Add 60 grams of spinach puree and 30 grams of water to make a green dough, and add another portion to 89 grams of water to make a white dough. It is best to mix one portion with red yeast rice powder and 89 grams of water to make a red dough.

Prepare the filling. I use corn, dried shrimp and meat. I want to add the filling at will.

Roll out the three-color dough into slices.

Fold the 3 types of dough together and trim it with a knife.

After cutting it in half, apply some water to one piece, align it and put it on again, and press it slightly with your hand.

Cut into 1 cm wide strips with a knife. Take a few wide strips with the cut side facing up. Spread some water on the adjacent places and put them together.

Use a rolling pin to roll it to the thickness of the dumpling wrapper.

Cut into slices, wrap in the stuffing, squeeze tightly and close the mouth into dumplings. At this moment, you can be creative freely. If you don't make dumplings, you can use chopsticks to sandwich it in the middle, and it will instantly become a beautiful bow-tie noodle.
