Raisin Bread

Put water and sugar into the bread machine. Salt, olive oil.

Add high-gluten flour and milk powder. Put the yeast. Start the dough-making program.

Dry clean and chop grapes.

After mixing the noodles for 30 minutes, add the raisins and mix the noodles for another 20 minutes.

Put the mixed dough in a container and seal it with plastic wrap.

Leave in the oven to ferment for 1 hour. Put a bowl of hot water at the bottom.

Then arrange it into an oval shape, roll it up, and ferment to double its size. (The finishing picture is missed)

Put a bowl of hot water at the bottom. Preheat the oven to 140 degrees, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 20 minutes.

Tips:
The shape can be adjusted to your liking, and the fermentation and toasting of the wet bath method all contribute to the softness of the bread. It's not so dry and tastes better.
