The weather was cold and I didn't really want to make breakfast. I dragged myself to get up late and just made some pudding to eat. I didn't expect that the little girl was quite satisfied and ate half of it.

Ingredients

Raisin Bread Pudding

1. Cut the bread into small pieces and put it in the baking bowl

2. The rest of the materials are ready

3. Beat two eggs

4. Mix the cream, milk, and powdered sugar together, stir well, add the egg liquid, if you want to make it finer, just sift it, I’m too lazy to get it

5. Pour into the croutons and let stand for two or three minutes

6. Add raisins

7. In the lower and middle level of the oven, 180 degrees, 25 minutes.

Tips:

Raisins can be replaced with other dried fruits.
