Raisin Bread Pudding

Dice the toast and put it in a baking bowl;

Beat the eggs, add fresh milk, cream and sugar, beat well, then add vanilla extract, and mix well;

Filter the custard and milk mixture;

Wash the raisins, prepare dried blueberries and pine nuts;
5.
Cut the raisins in half, spread them on the croutons, and sprinkle with dried blueberries;

Pour the egg liquid into the bowl of croutons and sprinkle with cinnamon powder one by one;
7.
Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese powder, and finally sprinkle with pine nuts;
8.
Put it in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 20 minutes;
9.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy it.
Tips:
1. The amount of white sugar is increased or decreased according to personal preference;
2. It is best to remove the crusty on the surface of the bread;
3. It is best to dip the egg liquid into the bread cubes.
