Raisin Cotton Cake
1.
Prepare all the materials, a total of 7 utensils are required. The butter is in the largest basin. Put 1 small egg separately, stir well, turn into whole egg liquid, set aside.
2.
Cut the butter into small pieces, put them in a basin, turn on a low heat until bubbling
3.
When it's bubbling, turn it off immediately and pour in the flour
4.
When the cooking foams, turn it off immediately, pour in the flour, and stir
5.
Stir the flour, then pour in the condensed milk, 3 egg yolks, and 1 whole egg liquid
6.
Then, beat the egg whites, pour 50 grams of sugar in 3 times, and also beat them in 3 times until creamy.
7.
Then add the creamy egg whites into the flour bowl in 3 times, stir up and down with a rubber blade, not making circular motions.
8.
The mixed cake liquid is even
9.
Prepare the grapes and wash them with boiling water
10.
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes, and then apply oil to the baking pan or mold we used to fill the cake batter. Pour down slowly and evenly (I bake a total of 2 servings, one with a heart-shaped cake mold and the other with a baking tray)
11.
Pour the batter or mold into the cake batter and shake it to make the bubbles come out. Put raisins on top. Put it in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes
12.
This is a cake baked in a 6-inch heart-shaped mold. The mold is deeper and the baking time is longer.
13.
Cut it into small pieces and show it, it feels good.
14.
This is what it looks like when it comes out of the baking tray, cut into pieces. Isn't it tempting?
Tips:
Everyone's oven temperature is different, so the length of time and the temperature are really up to you.
If you don’t know the details, you can ask me, full-time mom, I’m online whenever I have time. Haha...
