Raisin Honey Muffin

The butter is softened at room temperature to the extent that it can be pinched. Add sugar and an electric whisk to beat. Pour the egg liquid in portions and beat until the egg oil is mixed. Sift into the mixed powder and milk twice.

Sprinkle with raisins that have been soaked in boiling water and dried.

Prepare piping bags and paper cups.

Put the cake paste into a piping bag, and then squeeze it into a paper cup. Put a few raisins on the surface for garnish. Vibrate the paper cup slightly to let the air inside escape.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 25-30 minutes until cooked.

The baked cake can be inserted with bamboo sticks or chopsticks. It is cooked if there is no batter sticking on it.
