Raisin Toast

Weigh the materials for later use

Pour the liquid into the bucket of the bread machine first

Then pour the solids into the bucket of the bread machine one by one, release the salt and yeast diagonally

Press the one-key start button, the bread machine starts to work

Add butter after 15 minutes

3 times of mixing and 2 times of waking up process

The dough is fermented to 2-2.5 times the size for the first time

After the machine has been running for 1 hour and 55 minutes, press the start/pause button on the panel to pause the program, take out the dough, ventilate and shape it, and relax for 20 minutes

Roll out the dough into a rectangle

Turn the rolled dough over and spread the raisins evenly on the dough

Roll up from top to bottom

Take out the mixing knife, put the rolled dough down into the bread bucket, and then manually press the start/pause button on the panel to continue fermentation

After fermentation, the bread enters the baking stage

It is reminded that after the baking is over, turn the bread bucket upside down and pour out the bread, and let it cool for consumption
Tips:
1. Manually add butter after mixing for 15 minutes
2. After the first fermentation is over, take out the exhaust gas for shaping
3. When the plastic surgery is suspended, the cover of the machine needs to be closed first
