Ramen Fried Rice Cake & Cheese Hot Pot

When I prepared the ingredients, I bought the rice cake paste, but I thought it tasted mild and added some Korean chili paste and sugar. The point is that you must put a little soy sauce in it. The taste is what I want.

I forgot to take pictures during the release! Cook the nian gao first, because the nian gao is longer and more delicious, and then cook the ramen, add the cabbage, and add the fish cakes. This order ~ put less water in the whole process, and pour some hot water into it when it’s going to dry. Too much, pour out part of it, or it will take too long to collect the soup! PS: Ramen must be Shin Ramen or Spicy Cabbage Ramen. Chinese-style instant noodles can't help being cooked, they will be sticky and crumbly!

When it's almost ready at the end, put two slices of cheese or shredded cheese!
Tips:
Be sure to pour less water, prepare a pot of hot water and add it in an appropriate amount, otherwise the fried rice cakes will become a cheese hot pot! Hahaha! Ramen should be Korean, so it’s forbidden to cook it. Finally, I personally recommend serving it directly in a pot. It is not convenient to pour it in a bowl. It doesn’t feel like a Korean drama~ What do you think?
