Rapeseed

Wash the fresh and flowered small rapeseed.

Cut into sections, blanch in boiling water, remove and put in cold water.

Pour in Glenorr linseed oil.

Add chopped green onion, ginger, mulberry vinegar and salt.

Tips:
1. There is no mulberry vinegar, other fruit vinegars are also available, with different flavors, but not fruit vinegar drinks.
