Tips:
Using powdered sugar, the finished biscuit is rather crispy. If you want to make crispy, you can add fine sugar to increase the ductility of the dough;
The butter does not need to be beaten, as long as it is smooth;
The dough must be refrigerated and hardened before the patterns can be carved;
The hollowed out in the middle of the biscuit is carved with a special sandwich biscuit mold, which can be bought in the bakery;
