Raw Andrographis (tianqi)

Wash the Andrographis paniculata, pinch off the leaves or cut into small pieces, and remove the old stems.

Finely chop two pieces of garlic, slice the millet into circles, chop the white onion, add two grams of sugar, 2g of salt, and a teaspoon of cooking oil (about 5g) to heat the minced garlic.

Add one spoonful of white vinegar, one spoonful of balsamic vinegar, one spoonful of light soy sauce, and 0.5 spoonful of mirin and mix well.

Pour the mixed juice on the Andrographis paniculata and mix well.
5.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of ground peanuts and mix well before eating.
6.
The delicious raw andrographis is ready.
