Raw Chocolate Chip Cookies
1.
Soften the butter at room temperature and beat it to a slightly whitish color. Add eggs, vanilla extract, powdered sugar and sugar and mix well. Put the baking soda into the low-gluten flour, sieve and pour it into the beaten egg and butter liquid, stir well.
2.
Put the stirred batter into the piping bag and squeeze it into a long strip. Or squeeze as you like.
3.
Melt the chocolate with a little butter in water.
4.
Put the cookies in the oven to preheat at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.
5.
Put the melted chocolate sauce on the back of the biscuits with a brush, let it cool and dry, and then sift the cocoa powder.
Tips:
You can add more sugar if you like sweeter ones. Or just buy Anjia's butter.
