Raw Mustard Head

Prepare fresh mustard greens, dig out old leaves, and rinse them under running water.

First slice and then cut into filaments.

Add salt, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes until the water is marinated.

Squeeze the water.

Add dried chili powder and crushed chili.

Mix well.

Wash and shred ginger and pour it into a cooking pot.

Mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.

You can keep it tightly sealed in a clean container and take it as you eat.

Take part of the mustard head shreds and drizzle in olive oil.

Add light soy sauce, mix well and serve.
Tips:
When buying mustard heads, choose those with shiny skin and emerald green color, which are more crispy and tender.
