Raw Pickled Cabbage

Add appropriate amount of salt to marinate (the marinating often depends on personal preference, I think it tastes better if marinated for more than half an hour, not so raw)

Two spoons of old vinegar (do not like to eat sour, you can add less or no)

A spoonful of sesame oil

Two spoons of soy sauce

A spoonful of white vinegar (do not like to eat sour, you can add less or no)

A spoonful of sugar

Two spoons of sea pepper noodle oil

Stir well and serve perfectly
