Raw Seafood Porridge

Wash the rice and boil in a pot. Wash the other seafood ingredients and set aside. The head of the shrimp can be removed, and the crab can be cut open for easy taste.

When the rice in the pot is half cooked, pour in all the seafood ingredients and put ginger on it. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes until the rice and seafood are fully cooked.

Just add salt.

Seasonings such as MSG can be added according to personal preference
