[recipe Exchange] Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Dace in Black Bean Sauce

Cut the bitter gourd in half, remove the flesh and seeds, and cut into thin slices with a knife.

Blanch the bitter gourd to remove the bitter taste. (Those who like bitterness don't need to.)
3.
Put the bitter gourd in cold water to keep it green and crisp.
4.
Heat up the frying pan and stir fry the tempeh.
5.
Put the canned dace in and stir-fry slightly. (I didn’t want the oil in the can.)
6.
Add bitter gourd and stir well.
7.
Add sugar, salt and fry for 3-4 minutes.
