[recipe for Gift]—fried Bitter Gourd

Slice the bitter gourd, pickle it with salt and wash with water.

Boil water in a pot and add bitter gourd to blanch water.
3.
Pick up the bitter gourd and wash it with cold water.
4.
Heat oil in the pot and add garlic cloves until fragrant.
5.
Slide into the bitter gourd and stir fry.
6.

Tips:
Pickling bitter gourd with salt can reduce the astringency, and blanching with boiling water can reduce the bitterness and maintain the green color
