Red and White Wine Stuffed Yuanzi

Prepare fermented rice and glutinous rice balls

Prepare an empty pot, put in water, bring to a boil on high heat, and then pour in the small balls

The fire will burn for about 5-8 minutes, and Yuanzi will rise to the surface.

Tips:
1. I prefer that the fermented rice balls are not mixed with water, so there is basically no water when the rice balls are taken out;
2. The glutinous rice balls are cooked when they surface
