Red Bean and Date Zong

First wash the zongzi leaves and boil them in a pot

Wash the glutinous rice and soak the red beans for more than four hours

Add the soaked adzuki beans to the glutinous rice

Rinse and soak the cooked zong leaves in cold water

Tips:
1. The zong leaves are not easy to break when they are packaged.
2. The cotton yarn used for the thread is relatively healthy, and chemical fiber braided rope is not recommended.
3. When cooking, the water should be over the rice dumplings.
