Red Bean and Lotus Seed Soup

Soak the red beans and lotus seeds overnight and clean them.

The lotus seeds break apart and go to the bitter core.

Add red beans, lotus seeds, and appropriate amount of water to the pressure cooker, choose a vegetarian option, boil on high heat and then turn to low heat and cook for about 10

Choose a vegetarian option, turn to a low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, wait for cooling and exhaust. After opening, add some rock sugar and wait for it to melt.
Tips:
1. If there is no pressure cooker, it will only need to cook for more than 1 hour according to ordinary cooking.
2. I added the ratio at will, or half the amount of lotus seeds.
