Red Bean, Barley and Lotus Seed Congee

Wash all the raw materials and pour them into the Supor electric pressure cooker.

Add an appropriate amount of water. Thickness depends on personal preference.

Cover the pot. Select 【Cooking Congee】, the default is 35 minutes.

Tips:
The amount of water is added according to personal preference. If you like thicker, get less water, if you like thinner, get more water. You can add some rock sugar to taste.
