Red Bean, Barley, Red Date Congee

Soak the red beans and barley in water for a while, so I soaked it for about half an hour when I was in a hurry.

Wash the rice, put all the jujube rock sugar in the pot, I use the porridge cooking function that comes with the rice cooker. You can just put the sugar according to your own preferences.

You have to master how much water you add, and if you add less, it will be too thick. I personally like porridge that is not too thick. I add water according to the amount of steamed rice. For steamed rice, I usually add two centimeters of water to the rice, and more for porridge.

Cook within an hour and a half and it will be OK! tasty! It's easy!
