Red Bean Bread

Prepare the bread ingredients according to the ingredient list

From wet to dry, pour the ingredients except butter and honey red beans into the bread machine bucket, start the kneading program and 20 minutes, then add the softened butter, and start a kneading program for 20 minutes, and the dough will be made up.

After the bread is made, take it out and ferment for 1-2 hours to twice its size, then ventilate, divide into six equal parts, knead round, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes

The loosened bread dough is rounded and flattened. Turn it over and wrap it with honey red beans. Wrap the honey red beans in like a bun, then reshape it slightly, and place the cuff down in a baking tray filled with tin foil.

When the dough rises to twice its size, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle a little black sesame seeds on the center

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes.
