Let’s make the cheese filling. The strawberry flavor I used for the cheese is pink. If it is the original flavor, it is white. You can choose whatever you want. Pour 100 grams of cheese, 15 grams of caster sugar, and 15 grams of yogurt into a large bowl.
7.
The temperature-insulated water softens, making it easy to beat and smooth.
8.
Beat smoothly with eggs.
9.
Add 40 grams of whole egg liquid and beat well.
10.
Then add 5 grams of cornstarch and beat well to make a cheese paste, set aside for later use.
11.
Place the awake dough on the chopping board and roll it into a sheet, which is larger than your pie pan.
12.
Spread on top of the pie pan, you can squeeze the extra part and knead it into the pie pan, that is, it will not spoil the noodles.
13.
Use a fork to pierce the bottom to prevent it from swelling up during baking.
14.
Spread honey red beans on the bottom.
15.
Pour the cheese paste.
16.
A few more red beans can be sprinkled on the surface.
17.
Put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then only turn on the heat for another 10 minutes, so that the bottom is also cooked.
18.
Bake and unmold, cut and enjoy.
Tips:
Cheese does not require a brand, as long as it is cream cheese. There are no special requirements for yogurt, either thin or thick. The baking temperature is determined according to the situation of your own oven.
