Red Bean Dorayaki

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and put them in two containers for later use.

Add sugar to the egg white and beat with a whisk until a chopstick can be inserted to stand.

Beat the egg yolks, add the flour, then add the milk and mix well.

Stir the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk paste twice, taking care not to stir up and down.

Preheat a non-stick pan over a fire. After the pan is hot, turn on a low heat, and pour in the mixture with a small spoon. The size is up to you.

After baking, add the prepared red bean paste between the two small cakes, and the fragrant red bean dorayaki is out!
