Red Bean Lily Barley Soup

Mix and wash the red beans, mung beans, and barley, and then add pure water to soak for about 2 hours.

Remove the small petals of the fresh lily and wash it.
3.
Put the washed lily into the soaked red bean water.

Pour all the ingredients into the electric pressure cooker, cover and press the soup button to cook. When the pressure is released, open the lid, add the rock sugar and stir until it melts.
