Red Bean Lotus Seed Taro Ball Syrup

Defrost taro balls, red beans, lotus seeds, barley, wash and set aside

Boil water, add taro balls; in another pot, boil red beans, lotus seeds and barley! Note: the two parts need to be cooked separately

After the taro balls are cooked, they will slip through the net. Rinse in cold water several times and soak in cold water for later use

Red beans, barley and lotus seeds are cooked (no need to boil), the taro balls are drained and a piece is added to boil
